We are seeking an experienced Lead Communication Specialist to join our team. At EPAM, communication is at the heart of how we shape our culture, foster connections, and empower employees. As the Lead Communication Specialist for the Americas, you will play a vital role in designing and executing strategies that build trust, enhance engagement, and unite teams across the region. This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders and global teams to ensure communications are impactful and resonate with the organization.
