Job Title: Global Finance Associate Our team is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead transactions primarily on behalf of borrower and lender clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with syndicated lending, private credit/direct lending, and sponsor finance/LBO finance. 1. Drafting and negotiating transaction documents 2.
