Purpose of the Job: Supply the market with products (finished goods and visibility items) that reflect the premium brand of Red Bull. Manage the supply chain with objectives of transparency and efficiency. Plan, execute, and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services across the organization. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and distribution partners. Oversee fleet management and sustainability initiatives. Define, monitor, and optimize country-specific processes to support internal stakeholders effectively. Responsible for budgeting operational activities and controlling costs within logistics and operations. Responsibilities: S&OP and Planning: Co-lead the S&OP process, lead meetings, analyze data, improve processes, and support planning. Submit demand and supply plans in IBP and ensure data quality monthly. Product Availability and Logistics: Ensure constant product availability. Manage import processes for finished goods, visits, merchandise, and samples to meet supply needs. Oversee logistics processes including order entry, invoicing, and 3PL management. Purchasing and Cost Management: Develop and implement purchasing policies in collaboration with HQ and other departments. Manage budgets and costs, and implement cost-saving programs. Fleet and Facilities Management: Oversee fleet, facilities, and service management and control. Quality and Compliance: Monitor quality complaints and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Sustainability and Innovation: Lead local sustainability initiatives, ensure data quality and reporting, and strive for quality, cost optimization, innovation, and process excellence. Required Knowledge and Skills: University degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.). Specialized qualifications in Planning and/or Logistics are advantageous. 3-5 years of experience in Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Advanced Excel skills are essential; intermediate skills are mandatory. Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
