Job Description This is a remote position. Schedule: 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid break Client schedule: ET (Boston) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant & Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day operations, client communications, and ongoing project coordination. In addition to administrative and customer service responsibilities, this role will assist in managing social media platforms and email marketing efforts to help grow and engage our customer base.
