The ideal candidate will lead automation efforts for our EZCorp client and must bring strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and domain familiarity in fintech, pawn services, or related industries.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and execution of test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright.Actively contribute to writing and maintaining robust, scalable automated test scripts.Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and early bug detection.Integrate AI-powered testing solutions into the existing framework to drive efficiency and smart test case generation.Drive the test strategy, planning, and estimation for automation projects.Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers while staying hands-on in scripting and debugging.Manage test environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test reporting tools.Report and track defects, work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in test processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Skills and Experience:8+ years of experience in QA with at least 3 years in a lead role.Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks.Exposure to AI/ML-based test automation tools (e.g., Muuk, Parasoft, Functionize, or custom-built solutions).Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.Experience with API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, etc.Familiarity with retail lending, pawn services, fintech, etc. will be a strong advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.ISTQB or other QA certifications (nice to have).Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across onshore-offshore teams.Passion for quality, innovation, and leveraging new tools/techniques in testing.About VRIZE INCVRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company, committed to delivering end-to-end Digital solutions and services to its customers worldwide.
