Sales Operations and Partnership Director Role This role is responsible for leading and optimizing sales operations while managing a strategic program of third-party plug-in partnerships. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and partnership-oriented, capable of aligning sales operations with business objectives while fostering a thriving ecosystem of third-party integrations that enhance the platform's value. The key responsibilities include: - Managing and evolving sales processes, tools, and workflows to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. - Overseeing sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborating with sales leaders to define and track KPIs and identify growth opportunities. - Maintaining and optimizing Salesforce, Zoominfo, Apollo, and other sales efficiency tools, ensuring accuracy and adoption. - Leading initiatives to monitor pricing against margin (deal desk) while helping to improve deal velocity, reduce friction in the sales process, and scale growth. - Maintaining and evolving the product partnership strategy to expand the value of the software ecosystem. - Identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with third-party partners that align with the platform and customer needs. - Collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of partner plug-ins. - Establishing program metrics and managing performance reporting for third-party partnerships. - Negotiating and managing partner contracts, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with company goals. - Partnering with cross-functional teams to align sales and partnership goals. - Mentoring and leading a team of sales operations analysts or partnership coordinators as the role evolves.
