We are looking for a detail-oriented and data analyst to support and maintain our HCM system, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency in human resources operations. This role involves audits, reporting, transactional reviews, and end-user support for HRIS and ATS systems. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and organize human resources information within HCM systems. - Ensure data integrity through audits, analysis, and day-to-day transactional reviews. - Approve and support end-user interactions with HR databases. - Create and maintain custom ad hoc reports and queries for HRIS and ATS. - Manage and maintain a library of reports within human resources systems. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or technology-related fields. - 1+ years of experience developing, implementing, and managing core HCM/HRIS technology. - Prior experience in database management. - Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. - Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
