What You Can Expect You will be responsible for financial review and analytical support in core planning, forecasting, and projecting. You will provide timely financial information and support to business partners for making informed decisions about spending that drive and support the business. How You'll Create Impact Develop and maintain planning and reporting templates, standards, and processes. Report on monthly financial performance against plan and projections. Generate standard management reports and summarize variance commentary. Create templates for global FP&A reporting and presentations. Validate reporting data and outputs. Validate planning data and model outputs. Perform plan consolidations and scenario modeling. Lead the consolidated restatement process, including data collection and validation. Generate ad-hoc reports and data requests from the business. Mentor Associate Analysts and Analysts to develop their FP&A skills. Possess advanced understanding of planning processes, standards, and methodologies, possibly specializing in specific areas like Sales, COGs, Opex, or Workforce. Have a strong understanding of standard reporting processes and global standards. Be proficient in financial data systems and data standards. Your Background B.S. in accounting, finance, or related field required. At least 3 years of experience in an analyst or accounting role, or 2-3 years with successful graduation from the ZB Finance Development Program. MBA or CFA preferred.
