Job summary FP Markets is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our company in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients or partners, and a deep understanding of the retail and/or institutional trading landscape. Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners particularly in Colombia. - Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through direct outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships. - Develop and execute business development strategies in line with company goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and affiliates. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry. - Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships are aligned and compliant. - Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Regional Director. - Represent the company at industry events, expos, and webinars. Qualifications - 3-5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the Forex / CFDs or financial trading industry. - Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW retail/institutional clients. - Solid understanding of MT4/MT5,cTrader and TradingView platforms, and the structure of brokerage services. - Native Spanish and fluent in English. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a remote environment. - Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
