As a Mid-level QA Automation professional, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our software solutions. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and leverage the latest automation frameworks to deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations. Your role is critical in shaping our quality assurance processes and driving our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Defineand maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Writeand execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and exploratory tests. - Collaboratewith teams on shared testing suites, including API tests in Postman and the review of automation scripts. - Integrateand monitor tests within CI/CD pipelines, implementing a shift-left testing approach. - Coordinatetest data and environments with DevOps, managing fixtures and stubs effectively. - Logdetailed and reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage processes. - Providetest results and release readiness reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-have Skills : - Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation. - Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility. - Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools. - Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes. - Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines. - Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present to leadership. - Strong English (upper-intermediate or above) and ability to multitask. Nice-to-have Skills: Experience with JMeter for load and performance testing. Ability to configure initial automation projects.
