About the Role We are seeking a skilled IT Service Manager to drive excellence in employee-facing technology services. This role involves simplifying and optimizing IT services, promoting a service culture focused on employee experience, and driving continuous improvement across all services and processes. As an IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships throughout the organization, managing services throughout their lifecycle, influencing decisions as a customer advocate, facilitating transparent communication and collaboration, and providing clear monthly reporting focused on results and milestones. You should have a strong IT background, understand the evolving needs of the business, and have a passion for process improvement. You should balance empathy with the ability to explain limitations, understand cost implications of services, and be able to back decisions with data. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering quality services are essential.
