The successful candidate will be responsible for leading plastic product design, ensuring technical quality, coordinating resources and development processes, and proposing innovation improvements. They will also have the opportunity to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed. Join us in our mission to advance life around the world and make a meaningful impact on society. - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 8 years of proven experience leading plastic product design, ensuring technical quality, coordinating resources and development processes, proposing innovation improvements. - Experience in setting up 3D models (preferably SolidWorks or CAD). - Deep knowledge of plastic product design and manufacturing, technical leadership, WTI tools, root cause analysis. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong organisational skills to ensure effective planning and tracking of activities and actions, excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
