Job Title: Lead, Integrations Engineer Location: Medellín, Colombia Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Systems Integrations We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Integrations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft and other integration technologies. As a Lead Integrations Engineer, you will be responsible for leading integration projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft. - Gather and analyze integration requirements with stakeholders. - Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, workflows, and design documentation. - Ensure integration scalability, reliability, and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Document integration processes and configurations. - Stay current on MuleSoft features, best practices, and industry trends. - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 7+ years in integration engineering, with experience in complex integration projects. - 5+ years working with MuleSoft. - Deep knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, CloudHub). - Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML, and MuleSoft connectors. - Experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, XML, JSON, and middleware platforms. - Strong understanding of integration patterns, microservices, and API-led connectivity. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab). - Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and relational databases. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments. - Leadership capability and team mentoring experience. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with additional integration platforms/tools. - Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data governance. - MuleSoft and related certifications. - Experience integrating with Salesforce. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
