Requirements Must have: - High proficiency in Postman, JMeter, and SQL - Experience with Azure Database and Katalon Studio (plus) - Ability to work across cloud environments, especially AWS - Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and containerization - Strong communication skills and ability to lead QA efforts - Active contributor to SDLC and STLC - Experience in architecture reviews - Focus on process improvement and best practices, especially in Load Testing - Experience in collaborative and cross-functional QA initiatives - Mentorship and continuous improvement mindset Nice to have: - Experience with ELK stack - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines - Exposure to cloud-native testing strategies Responsibilities - Lead and execute QA strategies across development and production environments - Design and implement load testing and performance testing processes - Collaborate with development, operations, and product teams to ensure quality delivery - Mentor junior QA team members and promote best practices - Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to process improvements Required Languages - English: Advanced (80–95%) Location - Colombia – Remoto #J-18808-Ljbffr
