Business Finance Expert About the Role This role is responsible for providing financial insights across business functions to ensure data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will work closely with the commercial team to deliver performance, analyze business outcomes, and evaluate new opportunities across Latin America. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and plans. - Provide financial analysis and support for business cases and projects. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify areas for growth. - Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track business performance. - Participate in controlling network activities to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Requirements - Professional background in administration, economics, finance, or related fields. - Experience of 4-7 years in financial roles, preferably in mass consumption, personal care, medical devices, or manufacturing. - Strong analytical skills to present complex data effectively. - Proficiency in financial planning, including budget and forecast preparation and analysis. - English proficiency at B2 level. - Advanced skills in Excel and analytical tools are desirable.
