Descrição do emprego Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, your essential duties will include: Consistently offer professional, warm, and engaging serviceParticipate in the creation, implementation, and facilitation of the hotel's training plan and its budget, aligned with the property's strategic goals and objectivesConduct an annual training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to identify development opportunities for their teamsDefine learning priorities (onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, management, etc. )Initiate, coordinate, deliver, and follow up on all training activities within the hotelActively establish relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training providers, and academic institutions related to the hospitality industryUpdate and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant informationTrack attendance and post-training evaluationsMeasure the impact of training on operational performance (KPIs, feedback, quality audits, etc. )Prepare monthly training reports and annual training reviewsSelect and coordinate external speakers / certified training organizationsTrain and support internal trainersFoster a continuous learning culture on the groundMaintain an up-to-date training calendar to maximize learning resources and opportunitiesPerform any other duties as assigned Qualificações Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, and/or Talent & CultureFluent in PortugueseVery good command in English, verbally & writtenBachelor's degree in human resources management or Hotel ManagementExperience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an asset.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications or equivalent software requiredExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsResults- and service-oriented with a strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and perform well in high-pressure environmentsTeam player and collaboratorSelf-motivated and proactiveWell-presented Informação adicional Our Fairmont Values Respect: We value the needs, ideas, and individuality of others.
