Responsibilities: 1.Channel Partner Enabler Training to sales and partners on networking products, solutions and marketing tools;Enabler to partners sales engineers on their independent SME project support skills;Develop localized sales tools to support sales and partners. 2. Localized Marketing Pilot and landing of global marketing activities. Carry out experiments on enhance acguisition and activation; Localize marketing materials from headquarter, and develop local marketing materials; Market analysis on local solution/product sell-out. Locate obstacles and form plans to improve sales. 3.New Product Landing and Requirement Management Pilot test landing on new products and solutions;. Collect, analyze and feedback requirement on products and solutions; 4.Project Support Work with sales/partner to design solutions, carry out PoC and deliver values for major SMEprojects; Requirement 1.Sound knowledge of network equipments and configurations; 2.Good skills on presentation or training; 3.English and Spanish as working language. 4.Prefer candidates with qualification of CClE, CCNP or equal certifications on networking; 5.Prefer candidates with marketing and partner technical enabling experience on SME networking partners. 6.Can accept business trips. #J-18808-Ljbffr
