About this role This position involves creating and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Leveraging data drives performance and supports overall digital marketing objectives. Key responsibilities - Develop paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels to support business goals. - Collaborate with the demand team to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives. - Set up and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources. - Create, launch, and monitor digital ads campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for performance. - Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Continuously monitor campaigns to identify trends, optimize performance, adjust bids, targeting, and ad copy to achieve KPIs. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS). - Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and evaluate traffic, conversions, and ROI. - Work closely with design and content teams to create engaging and high-converting ad creatives and copy. - Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and best practices. - Stay updated on the latest trends in digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing. - Perform competitive analysis and adapt campaign strategies based on industry trends and competitor activity. Requirements - 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. - Strong track record of driving ROI using performance metrics, KPIs, web analytics tools, and A/B testing methodologies. - Experience in multicultural/Hispanic media segmentations a plus. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus. - Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, with excellent communication skills in both languages preferred. - Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and related digital ad platforms. - Familiar with SEO/SEM principles and experienced in campaign tracking/reporting using tools like Google Tag Manager and UTM parameters.
