This role focuses on generating new business opportunities in the Colombian market, particularly across industries such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, consumer goods, utilities, energy, and retail. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate qualified leads in the Bogotá market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic contacts in key accounts. - Present high-level solutions to C-Level executives, articulating use cases, technology roadmaps, and digital transformation strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored value propositions aligned to client needs. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Partner with Microsoft and Databricks commercial teams to identify joint opportunities. What You'll Do: - Lead Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with clients across the full prospection and sales lifecycle. - Drive Account Growth: Identify and execute expansion opportunities within client accounts with Microsoft and Databricks. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize growth through structured account reviews and strategic planning. - Create Seamless Experiences: Work together with internal teams like Growth, Delivery, and Solutions teams to bring successful case studies to new customers. - Serve as a Strategic Partner: Work alongside senior leadership and technical architects to shape client roadmaps, adapt to evolving insights, and deliver high-impact outcomes. - Showcase Value: Lead retrospectives, outcome reporting, and executive check-ins to effectively demonstrate the impact of our work. Ensure both clients and internal teams understand the strategic value behind each engagement. - Monitor Client Health: Proactively track client satisfaction and health metrics. Conduct regular feedback loops to address concerns early and strengthen relationships during the first steps of the new contracts.
