**Bring out your best** **What You'll Do** As an SAP Partner Management Expert, you’ll play a crucial role in the business development strategy of our SAP department by identifying and inviting fitting new partnerships, and developing a route map to revenue growth. You'll align joint business plans with partners and SAP's strategic goals, and identify potential opportunities for future co-innovation, co-development, and go-to-market collaboration. Your expertise will be crucial in the translation of SAP’s innovation, presenting a clear value proposition to customers. You'll facilitate resolution of technical issues by priming partners on SAP Cloud solutions and platforms, promoting rapid innovation. You will also guarantee partner readiness across all stages of the customer lifecycle by providing oversight and improvement in the quality of partner demo readiness and value selling. Furthermore, you'll drive partner transformation, acting as an advisor to ensure top-level cloud delivery practice. Through collaborative engagement, you will guarantee successful customer outcomes through excellent partner implementation. Moreover, you'll pioneer flagship enablement programs to boost partner sales, presales, and performance. Lastly, you’ll provide responses to partner technical queries, assuring portfolio and innovation uptake. **What You Bring** Required for this role is 10+ years of experience in the software industry and 7+ years in customer-facing roles (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Consulting). If you've worked with an SAP partner, that's a plus. You should have demonstrated leadership skills, strong analytical competencies, and a proven ability to work collaboratively but also independently accountable. High energy will be pivotal to this role, as you'll need to introduce innovative ideas and champion best practices. You should excel in delivering compelling presentations to executives, demonstrating the value of our SAP solutions. Local market knowledge and understanding of SAP solution portfolios, as well as a background in cloud business, will be a big advantage. Your knowledge in the software industry should encompass trends and different market industries. Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (required), a Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
