Job summary Unconscious Moderation is a wellness app helping people transform their relationship with alcohol, without labels, shame, or pressure to be perfect. We combine evidence-based hypnotherapy, reflective journaling, and psychology-informed insights to guide thousands of users around the world in making conscious, empowered choices about drinking. Our approach is grounded in Jungian depth psychology and supports real transformation through awareness and choice. We are looking for a confident, creative, and outgoing Podcast Host to lead and develop our internal podcast. Responsibilities - Host and co-develop our internal podcast - Interview experts in psychology, health, and alcohol moderation - Engage naturally with both guests and the audience - Propose episode ideas and help build a strong content flow - Record high-quality video and audio - Upload all materials to our cloud system for editing - Collaborate with our creative and strategy team - Represent Unconscious Moderation as a guest on other wellness and mental health podcasts - Support the team in expanding our podcast presence and outreach Requirements - Native-level English speaker (required) - Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills - Interview experience or hosting background - Background in psychology, counseling, wellness, or related fields - Creative thinker who takes initiative and enjoys proposing new ideas - Access to good recording equipment (or a strong phone camera if not based in Medellín) - Comfortable with basic tech tasks like uploading files or organizing assets - Passion for mental health and alcohol moderation Details - Freelance, paid per project - Competitive pay - Flexible hours - Open to remote candidates or Medellín-based talent Descripción del trabajo Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet , consectetur adipiscing elit.
