Join us on our journey to shape the future of technology._ **About the Role**: Are you passionate about sales and building relationships that drive business growth? **Tekton Labs** is looking for an **Inside Sales Representative** to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across Central America. You'll play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline — bridging the gap between marketing and sales, setting up qualified meetings, and ensuring our future clients feel heard and supported. **Key Responsibilities**: **Lead Generation & Qualification** - Research and engage prospects to assess **pain points, fit, and budget**. **Appointment Setting & CRM Management** - Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. - Keep CRM data accurate and up to date. **Relationship Building & Nurturing** - Develop trust with leads by sharing relevant content and being responsive. - Continuously engage with **qualified leads** to prevent them from going cold. **Sales Enablement & Collaboration** - Share insights and trends with the sales team. - Support strategic outreach in collaboration with Client Partners. **Continuous Learning** - Stay informed on **industry trends, competitors**, and best practices. - Take ownership of your own professional development. **What We're Looking For**: **Must-Have**: ✔ 1-2 years of experience in **sales, customer service, or related fields**. ✔ Excellent **English communication skills** — written and spoken. ✔ Proficiency in **CRM tools and sales platforms (HubSpot).** ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. **Nice-to-Have**: ➕ Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required). ➕ Comfortable speaking with executive-level stakeholders. **Key Competencies**: **Resilience** - Stay persistent in the face of rejection. **Adaptability** - Thrive in changing priorities and fast-moving markets. **Curiosity** - Constantly seek to learn and improve. **Flexibility**- Open to feedback and growth. **Passion for Sales** - Excited to grow in a high-energy environment. **What We Offer**: **Contract Type**: Full-time, Contractor (Remote) **Competitive Compensation** based on experience - up to **$1,500 USD/month**.
