Role Description: The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads and supporting the pipeline of sales opportunities through strategic outreach, data analysis, and automation tools. This role requires a blend of sales development experience, analytical skills, and expertise in campaign/event follow-up—with inside sales and/or parcel/logistics industry a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience using industry-standard prospecting and automation tools, such as ZoomInfo, Etail Insights, Salesforce (SFDC), and Demandbase. Key Responsibilities: Research and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo, Etail Insights, and Demandbase . Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website interactions. Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified leads in Salesforce (SFDC) and track outreach activities. Utilize AI-driven SDR tools where relevant to enhance prospecting efforts and improve efficiency. Stay up to date on emerging sales/marketing technologies that can drive productivity. For smaller ecommerce marketplace leads (i.e., those below the threshold for field sales assignment), develop and manage a process to issue standardized pricing and contracts and transition into OnTrac’s marketplace shipper onboarding process. Required Skills: Minimum one year of experience in Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) or Inside Sales role. Experience in BPO is a plus.
