Role: Growth Marketing Coordinator Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (GMT-5) Hourly Wage: $8 - $10+ (based on experience) We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator with hands-on Klaviyo experience to manage and execute email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through well-planned and data-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across the entire customer journey. Requirements: - Coordinate, build, and deploy promotional campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels using Klaviyo - Ensure campaign messaging and offers are consistent throughout the eCommerce experience (homepage banners, landing pages, hero images, announcements) - Plan and schedule customer incentives such as coupons, sales promotions, and loyalty program boosts - Monitor and optimize automated flows (cart abandonment, post-purchase, welcome series, etc.) to improve performance - Analyze campaign data, summarize key takeaways, and provide actionable insights to your team lead - Collaborate with the creative team to design templates and assets for campaigns (portfolio required) Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience managing Klaviyo campaigns and flows (automations are a plus) - Strong understanding of Klaviyo segmentation and audience targeting - Ability to design Klaviyo templates and creative assets using Canva (email banners, graphics, etc.) – Portfolio submission required - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns based on performance data - Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills - Experience working in eCommerce and understanding of customer lifecycle marketing is a plus Bonus: - Familiarity with loyalty programs, SMS compliance, and push notification strategies Benefits: - Remote Work: Work from anywhere—our team is global, and we value work-life balance. - Growth Opportunities: As a key player i you’ll have the chance to shape your role and grow with us. - Innovative Culture: Join a team that is passionate about leveraging data to solve challenges and drive success in a rapidly evolving market.
