**About the Job** We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist - Gaming Equipment to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technical work and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic environment. The Role - This role is responsible for performing risk preventive maintenance, repair, and supervision of gaming equipment. - You will be monitoring and updating operational reports and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant operations gaming equipment is available, risk-safe, and working. - As part of this role, you will perform quality improvement and control functions, including new equipment testing. Responsibilities 1. Performing operational gaming equipment risk preventive maintenance, repair, and supervision. 2. Monitoring and updating operational reports, database ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports: inventory files, integrity and KPIs reports. 3. Ensuring that all relevant operations gaming equipment (for example roulette wheels etc.) is available, risk-safe and working. 4. Performing gaming consumables (cards/balls/dices) inventory/ordering, security and utilization. 5. Performing quality improvement and control functions: new equipment testing. 6. Providing training to representatives if required. 7. Coordinating with other departments such as Floor Operations for operational and implementation tasks. 8. Regular status reporting to direct management. 9. Dotted line reporting to Equipment Integrity Unit. 10. Ensuring neatness and accuracy of all work. Requirements - Education in mechatronics, electronics or a similar discipline. - Previous IT and/or technical background. - Handy with common tools. - C1 level of English knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Understanding of electronics and mechanics. - Proven working experience in casino operations. - Computer competence and knowledge of MS Office products.
