To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Product Manager with experience in AI - based products to lead a multidisciplinary development team and drive the strategy and execution of key initiatives. Candidate profile: Experience with AI-based products Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles. Bilingual proficiency in English (C1 level). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira). Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a results-driven mindset. Key responsibilities: Drive the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams. Lead the full product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed technical and business requirements. Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs-buy perspective. Collaborate with engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and release. Develop key documentation including Product Roadmaps, Business and Product Requirement Documents (BRD/PRD), User Stories, and Adoption Strategies. Appraise new product ideas and contribute to the go-to-market strategy. Preferred qualifications: Certifications in Product Management or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe, Pragmatic Marketing). Experience in the customer service or contact center industry. Exposure to AI-based solutions or product innovation using emerging technologies.
