Job Description We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of new products and features. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy and performance of assigned products and features. About the Role As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage priorities, identify opportunities using a data-driven approach, and create business cases. You will also collaborate with engineers and designers to build comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop product roadmaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company-wide goals * Conduct primary and secondary research to determine competitive benchmarks and market trends * Analyze customer and merchant user journeys to recommend improvements * Lead product development and use data to prioritize products, features, and projects Requirements * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field * Experience leading teams and/or influencing outcomes * 2+ years of experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customer insights * Strong analytical and data visualization skills Preferred Knowledge and Skills * Experience in payments, fintech, or credit-building industries * Proficiency in SQL * Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and shaping consumer behavior * Familiarity with technology tools such as Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Figma, Stripo, Braze, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey About You We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who excels in both intellectual (IQ) and emotional intelligence (EQ).
