Job Title: Senior Observability Specialist To propel digital transformation and foster a culture of innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Observability Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our systems and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, you will design, implement, and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, etc. Key objectives include enabling and leveraging observability practices, acting as a fellow squad member, promoting near zero manual actions in administration and upgrades of systems, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to observability systems. Strong knowledge of public clouds, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, is essential, along with experience with tools like Dynatrace, Netcool, Devo, Netscout, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Jaeger, etc. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and containerization, as well as experience with cloud platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
