Key Responsibilities Develop and implement new and standardized technological procedures for manufacturing processes, including process capability studies. Create, implement, and monitor manufacturing concepts to ensure delivery performance according to schedule, customer demands, budget guidelines, and quality standards. Conduct time and motion studies using REFA/MTM to define and verify standard times; lead continuous improvement projects (KVP) in production following DMAIC methodology. Perform effort and cost calculations during proposal phases in collaboration with Sales, and develop make-or-buy decision templates. Coordinate product relocations within the group comprehensively. Support engineering during development and prototyping of new products, and derive necessary documents, tools, fixtures, etc. Manage and monitor production-relevant documents such as drawings, bills of materials, wiring lists, and assembly instructions; initiate corrective actions for deviations. Qualifications University degree in mechanical or technical engineering, logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field. Several years of experience in work preparation or production engineering. REFA/MTM training. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
