You will build direct relationships with customers while working with channel partners to maximize new sales opportunities and renewals within your territory. You will manage all aspects of the full sales cycle to help customers reach their business goals. You will be actively prospecting through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns. You will understand your territory and become a trusted member of the Inside Sales organization, collaborating with your Account Manager and Sales Manager. You will use lead generation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to extract contacts and create targeted prospect lists. You will conduct account development using email, phone, and social touches with tools like SalesLoft, Marketo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce CRM. You will ask targeted questions to decision makers such as VP of Engineering, Director of Analytics, and Data Architects. You will work with the sales team to optimize strategic sales approaches. You will use Salesforce CRM and other tools to maintain accurate customer and prospect data. You will aim to achieve sales quotas consistently. You will qualify inbound prospects to turn them into closed deals. You will develop strong relationships with prospects and provide feedback for process improvements. You will stay informed about our solutions, market trends, and competitors. Note: Our team is based in Bogota, Colombia. The culture is collaborative, and the role requires daily onsite presence, with remote work allowed during restrictions. Who is your team?
