Reporting into the Chief People Officer, this is aglobal role that will own the strategy and the execution of a widearray of people-focused projects. You will be a true partner to thebusiness, an expert in navigating employment law globally, and workwith stakeholders in multiple geographies to achieve our businessgoals. Businesspartnering with Leaders and Board on the following key topics: 2. Leading organizational design and workforce planning 3. Maximizingperformance of our people 4. Driving business transformation 5. Coaching of business leaders 6. Leading on business unit specificM&A; 7. Working closely with our Shared Service Centre team ontopics such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development,Total Rewards, etc. 8. Culture – defining and driving a uniqueculture relevant to business needs 9. Responsible for setting andexecuting our compensation strategy relevant to each business(fixed, variable, equity, etc.), leveraging our Shared Servicesexpertise 10. Driving employee engagement, leveraging tools anddata provided by our Shared Service team 11. Managing and being ourEmployment Law expert, handling employee relations and other cases12. Defining and rolling out policies and programs specific tobusiness needs 13. Acting as a coach and mentor to individuals inour Shared Service function to ensure they have sufficientknowledge to support employees 14. Partnering closely with otherHeads of People Business Partnering (PBP) within the group tocreate alignment and share best practices 15. Participating ingroup-wide projects with other PBPs and / or the Shared Serviceteam 16. Working in a matrix structure, reporting into the CEO of abusiness unit as well as the Group Chief People Officer 17. Leadinga small team of People Business Partners, responsible forperformance management, coaching, mentoring, and drivingconsistency in business partnering approach globally Requirements:1. 10+ years of relevant regional and international experience 2. Proven track record as a Business Partner, including operating andinfluencing at C-level 3. Strong business acumen, desire tounderstand business needs and ability to tailor People priorities /activities accordingly 4. Strong partnering, coaching, analytical,and influencing skills 5. Ability to present at a senior level 6. Solid understanding of business financials 7. Experience working inmatrix organizations 8. Deep international employment law knowledgeacross multiple markets with complex legal systems 9. Experiencewith compensation strategies and partnering with central C&Bresources; to leverage benchmark data 10. Strong data focus – proventrack record of leveraging data to support business decision-making11. Proven ability to work across different cultures and unitediverse working styles 12. Experience supporting businesstransformation processes 13. Familiarity with HR tools such aspersonality profiling 14. A true team player 15. Ability to leadand coach a small team of People Business Partners as the businesscontinues to scale 16.
