Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Functional Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting LAD Payroll customers, including knowledge of tax systems and statutory norms. They should also be proficient in configuring pay components, defining pay rules, and developing reports. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Skills and Qualifications - Technical Skills: - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical skills - Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT, Personalization, data loading tools (HDL, HSDL), HCM Extract. - Oracle HCM Functional Modules - Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management and Benefits, Learning and Talent Management. - Payroll Experience: - LAD localization experience. - Implementation and support experience for LAD Payroll customers. - Knowledge of tax systems and statutory norms. - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-driven and result-oriented individual.
