As a Customer Service Specialist, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: - Provide customers with clear and timely information about their cargo and offer advice when needed. - Maintain the system up to date with dates, costs and reference numbers to facilitate access and analysis of information. - Perform the necessary operations for the correct processing of the shipment such as (address verification, including references). - Be attentive to the details of requests to provide a memorable customer experience. Studies: High School Degree is required. Desirable (but not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a call center, customer service, administrative or related. Having experience in logistics in the industry will be a plus. Language: Strong proficiency in English is essential to communicate effectively. (B2+ or higher). Contract: Indefinitely contract. Training: You will participate in a highly interactive three-week paid training program in the logistics industry. Schedule: From Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (following the American calendar). Salary: Compensation of 2.700.000 COP + Connectivity support of 80.000 COP.
