As the ideal candidate, you have the drive and experience to design, implement, and execute test plans to identify and resolve issues before they reach our customers. You will work closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements, develop test strategies, and ensure products meet the highest standards of quality to take the products to the next level of security and user experience. You will also have the flexibility and agility to work in an environment where everyone works together as a team to “get the job done” regardless of title or role.Your responsibilities will include:Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the entire product suite and configuration options.Work closely with the technology team including product, UX, and developers to verify the product's quality and adherence to UX designs and user acceptance criteria.Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.Clearly and accurately identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout their lifecycle in the internal ticketing system.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure fluid performance throughout the process.Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Implement industry-proven testing tools to continuously improve the QA process using best practices and the latest technologies in software testing to enhance product quality.Create clear documentation for the team and customers prior to new releases.Your qualifications include:2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or similar roles.Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Proficiency in implementing and using industry-proven testing tools.Excellent verbal communication and listening skills for working in a team environment.Highly organized and process-oriented self-starter with great attention to detail, who takes initiative to solve problems independently.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume! #J-18808-Ljbffr
