Monitor part availability to determine the launch of field actions. Manage software tool access and support net dealers in diagnosing issues. Maintain good communication skills to facilitate technical dialogues with coworkers in different countries. Demonstrate accountability and uphold GM's values and cultural behaviors. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering. Proficiency in English. Good communication manners. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Work Arrangement: This position requires presence in our Bogotá offices three times a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
