About the Role We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our portfolio of short-term rental properties. You’ll contact U.S. property owners through cold calls, email, and messaging , qualify them, and book meetings for our sales team. You’ll receive training, scripts, and support from day one. We pay weekly and reward strong performance. What You’ll Do Cold call and message U.S.-based property owners using provided scripts and tools Qualify leads using our pre-set criteria Book calendar appointments for our closers Track outreach and results in Google Sheets and Asana Communicate daily with the team on Slack Your Schedule Remote, full-time contractor role 30–40 hours per week Must be available during U.S. business hours matching assigned market area (ex.
