Responsibilities: - Design and implement testing plans applying manual and automated testing strategies within core business processes. - Identify procedures and scenarios for quality control of products and services. - Suggest, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to meet quality standards. - Coordinate with QA team to communicate findings to the development team. - Ensure the final product satisfies requirements and meets end-user expectations. - Analyze the end-to-end experience to identify improvement opportunities for quality and growth. - Coordinate with team leaders to gather information for testing. - Participate in research processes to find better solutions for team challenges. - Collaborate on team processes for personal and team growth.
