**Job Title**: Program Associate for Latin America and the Caribbean **Department**: Global Legal Program **Center Background**: The Center for Reproductive Rights (the Center) is the global leader in using the power of law to advance reproductive rights as fundamental human rights. Since its founding in 1992, the Center’s game-changing litigation and advocacy, combined with its unparalleled expertise in constitutional, comparative, and international human rights law, have transformed how reproductive rights are understood by courts, governments, and human rights bodies worldwide on issues including maternal health, contraception, abortion, and assisted reproduction. It has won groundbreaking cases before national courts, U.N. Committees, and regional human rights bodies, led the development of historic, proactive legislation advancing robust protections for reproductive rights, and has built the legal capacity of women’s rights advocates in more than 60 countries and counting. **The Role**: The Program Associate will support the LAC program and the Regional LAC office located in Bogota, Colombia, providing a wide range of administrative functions. This position will report to the Program Manager in LAC, who is based in Bogota. The position will be based in the Center's Bogotá office. **Primary Responsibilities**: Provide administrative support to the Senior Regional Director and Associate Director, Legal Strategies, including calendar management, meeting logistics, travel coordination, and expense reporting (Concur reports) and reimbursements. Contributing to monitoring and evaluation of the LAC Program’s implementation of the Center’s strategic plan, including by supporting institutional monitoring and evaluation initiatives, gathering information and data from regional staff and partners, and liaising with the Center’s Operations and Development teams. With the Program Manager for LAC, monitoring program budget and spending, assisting in budget reprojection process, and tracking grant-specific spending, reporting, work plan deadlines, grants deadlines and compliance. Liaising with regional partners to facilitate consultancies, partnership agreements and sub-grants; monitoring and tracking payments; and ensuring timely reporting and contract compliance. Provide administrative support to the LAC regional program, including researching, word processing, maintaining files, maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, making copies, drafting correspondence. Coordinate departmental scheduling such as monthly LAC team meetings and check-ins with Senior Regional Director and Associate Director, Legal Strategies. Taking minutes of regular team meetings and other meetings Organizing the office library and publications room, designing, and maintaining filing systems, making sure the filing procedures are maintained. Liaising with other departments including Development, Finance and Administration. Support Regional Director, Associate Director Legal Strategies and Program Manager for programmatic priorities, such as preparation for meetings through materials and presentations. Handling the logistics of program-related events and meeting setup such as LAC convenings, Inter-American Human Rights hearings and meetings logistics. Provide assistance to visiting CRR staff and coalition allies. Assist with departmental lobby tracking. Assist with the organization and maintenance of the Global LAC SharePoint site, uploading required information on time. **Office Services and Other Responsibilities**: meet and greet guests; drafting and mailing of correspondence, sign for packages and mail, answering phones. Reviewing documents in Spanish, translating documents from Spanish to English and vice-versa. Acting as the main contact person during the absence of team members, including by responding to urgent correspondence and following-up on urgent issues with appropriate staff. Maintaining and updating team’s databases and mailing lists using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Assisting in the orientation of
