Job Description Requisitos excluyentes: Educación : Graduado universitario con énfasis en Ingeniería Industrial, Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Economía, Administración de empresas o carreras afines. +3 años de experiencia en puestos similares, preferentemente en análisis de datos , ciencia de datos o análisis financiero. Experiencia en bases de datos relacionales. Conocimientos sólidos en programación con Python para modelado y análisis de datos. Habilidad en la construcción de modelos de análisis financiero y predictivo. Experiencia con técnicas de estadística, regresión y modelado financiero. Microsoft Office : nivel avanzado. Conocimiento en herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI. Inglés : nivel intermedio. Disponibilidad para trabajar en Bogotá, Colombia, en régimen híbrido (3 veces por semana presencial: martes, miércoles y jueves). Requisitos deseables: Especialización y/o Maestría en Inteligencia Artificial o disciplinas similares. Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos y recomendaciones de manera efectiva a distintos niveles de la organización.
