Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across business lines to gather functional requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze structured and unstructured data to derive insights and support decision-making. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Familiarity with data mapping, process modeling (BPMN, Visio), and documentation tools (Confluence, JIRA). Understanding of data governance, metadata, and quality frameworks. Have a B1+ level of English , because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
