Join Our Team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare English Consultant to join our expanding team! In this role, you will assist users via email, phone, and computer, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our platform. Shift: Monday - Friday | 10 AM - 7 PM / 11 AM - 8 PM | Weekends off Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and provide outstanding customer support. Maintain and review attendance and punch entries within the system. Update and manage employee and client service accounts. Generate reports and process data imports as needed. Follow up with regional centers, families, and care providers as required. Complete and follow through on Special Incident Reports (SIRs). Analyze and troubleshoot system-related concerns. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Minimum of one year of experience in payroll and/or customer service within the last four years. Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated and results-driven. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn proprietary software. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
