Community Manager Role Summary Salutem Medical Management seeks a dynamic Community Manager to lead our social media strategy, develop digital ad campaigns, and represent the brand on camera. This role involves strengthening employer branding, increasing online visibility, and connecting authentically with future talent. Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our website. - Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads). - Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly. - Represent the brand on camera for short-form videos, trends, and internal content (if comfortable). - Coordinate with HR and leadership to amplify employee stories and culture. - Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all platforms. - Collaborate on rebranding and strategic communication initiatives. Requirements: - English level: C1 or higher (advanced spoken and written fluency) - 3+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or employer branding. - Hands-on experience as a digital trafficker / paid media specialist. - Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand visually and vocally. - Strong communication, storytelling, and trend awareness. - Organized, analytical, and self-driven.
