This professional will play a key role in optimizing forecasting operations and ensuring high-quality data management and system synchronization using SAP Analytics Cloud Planning (SAC-P) . The role involves managing planning processes, developing models, and collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders. 📌 This is a 6-month project with full-time dedication, working remotely aligned to Costa Rica hours. Requirements: 🎯 Main Responsibilities Manage SAC planning work streams aligned with project goals and deadlines. Design, support, and implement data models within SAC for planning and reporting. Develop and maintain import/live connections for both SAP and non-SAP systems. Model Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX scenarios, delivering strategic insights. Build and optimize stories, models, data actions, and allocations in SAC. Work with SAC Analytics tools including Datasphere, SAP BW, HANA, ECC, and Master Data. Ensure FP&A planning cycle activities are met (monthly/quarterly). Use SAC’s predictive and augmented analytics for accurate forecasting. Generate reports including Consolidated and Pre-Consolidated Balance Sheets, P&L, Trial Balance, and TAX. Solve operational issues using data analysis and support from HQ/Regional COE teams. 🎓 Education, Experience & Leadership Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Computer Applications. 4+ years of experience in FP&A and SAC planning for complex systems. Hands-on expertise in SAC-P and designing/planning with both SAP and non-SAP data. Experience in Workforce, OPEX, and CAPEX modeling preferred. Strong knowledge of SAC Analytics (Datasphere, BW, HANA, ECC, etc.). Fluency in English is required . Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and adapt to change with focus. 🧠 Technical Skills SAC-P experience (preferred but not mandatory). Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
