We're looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about transforming logistics into measurable results. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations through data-driven decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and interpret supply chain data, including shipment lead times, delivery performance, cost structures, and inventory levels. Process Improvement: Design and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall supply chain costs. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate trends, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders. Predictive Modeling: Apply forecasting tools and statistical models to anticipate future procurement and demand needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, production, and finance teams to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps. Advanced Reporting: Create dashboards and in-depth reports to communicate findings, support decision-making, and influence supply chain strategy. Cost Optimization: Identify, execute, and report on initiatives that result in COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) savings, aligning with Global Supply Chain strategic objectives. Your Profile / Qualifications We’re looking for a candidate who combines analytical rigor with strategic thinking: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field. OR 5+ years of direct experience in Supply Chain Management or Business Analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. Analytical Thinking: Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences. Team Player: A proactive collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams and enjoys solving challenges together.
