Specific responsibilities will include: - Contributing to Blackboard’s portfolio operations through managing partnership operations and processes around partner integrations - Leading cross functional teams to drive change across our partner ecosystem - Supporting the partner operations team through performing qualitative and quantitative data analysis, developing project plans, holding cross functional teams accountable, driving hard results - Contributing to Blackboard’s partner operations through managing projects across Blackboard’s portfolio lifecycle - Managing competing priorities and relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Managing a portfolio of Blackboard Partner relationships at different stages within their lifecycle and maintaining ongoing engagements with integration Partners - Fostering relationships and collaborating with cross-functional internal teams (Professional Services, Product Management, Product Development) to ensure Partners achieve their business objectives - Managing day-to-day relationships with Partners, developing an understanding of their products, services, and strategies to help Partners develop their product, sales, marketing, and delivery capabilities in line with Blackboard’s strategy - Demonstrating the ability to demo Partner technology to internal and external clients - Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and Partner constituencies - Capturing and integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) for Partner integrations - This role requires approximately 5% travel - Required skills/qualifications:_ - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - 2-4 years of experience in project management of systems implementations and integrations, including direct external client interaction and working with project teams of functional and technical specialists - Strong people/team management skills and can provide direction to others as a project lead and/or functional/technical specialist - Strong client relationship skills and can partner with technical and project leaders from client organizations to drive overall solutions, manage issues, and facilitate schedule/scope conversations - Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external audiences - Exceptional attention to detail, drive, and analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to multi-task and think strategically while managing multiple projects and Partners - Experience in the education industry, including the implementation of eLearning technologies and administration systems is preferred - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment - Ability to prioritize and delegate in a resource constrained environment and re-prioritize resources rapidly - Quick thinker, calm in tough situations, adept at problem resolution - Ability to work collaboratively with outside departments to reach common company goals - Ability to exercise discretion, creative decision-making, and independent good judgment - Ability to quickly adapt to specific Partner needs and think independently, addressing unique customer issues - Comfortable and proficiency with managing conflict and working with diverse populations - Comfortable working in geographically distributed virtual teams - Demonstrated ability to act as advocate for Partners - Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above - Preferred skills/qualifications:_ - PMP or equivalent certification - Previous experience in a SaaS company and/or in EdTech - Background in leading projects that involve a diverse set of technologies, including web-based systems, SaaS environments, and enterprise-level systems supporting critical needs of clients is desired - Familiar with Project Management tools such as Teamwork and Smartsheet - Fluency in multiple languages **The Office**: We have an office located in Bogota, Colombia as a hub for the LAC market. - Located in Capital Towers cent
