Key Responsibilities - Possess 3-6 years of experience in digital retouching, image compositing, and post-production. Skillset: - Familiarity with image retouching and compositing tools. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). - Ability to work within flexible processes while consistently meeting deadlines. - Availability to adapt to changing project needs. - Attention to detail for file handling, documentation, and technical accuracy. - Execute assigned retouching briefs with high technical and creative standards. - Participate in project kick-off meetings to review objectives and provide input on retouching approach. - Troubleshoot file-related issues including naming, organization, resolution, sizing, and color profiling. - Address final reproduction material issues. - Collaborate with the team by providing feedback and recommendations related to creative retouching direction.
