**Product Manager Hematology** - English versión_ **WHAT YOU WILL DO** Leads the strategic development of the Hematology promotional activities within the customer segment, with the main objective of ensuring that the best strategies are executed by all customer facing colleagues to benefit the patient and drive growth. This position reports to the Rare Diseases BU Head and is based in Bogota, Colombia. **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**: - Responsible for ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the portfolio in charge through the successful implementation of pipeline. - Accomplishment of sales forecast and strategies of portfolio. - Definition of long-term business opportunities and strategies for assigned portfolio in order to strengthen the competitive position of Takeda Units. - Design and implement marketing campaigns for brands. - Market situation analysis and pricing strategy execution for new brands introduction. - Training plan execution for commercial, Access, and sales team. - Development of strategy focus on stakeholders: Payers, health providers, nurses, pharmacists. - Design of promotional materials for multidisciplinary teams. - Guarantee the forecast accuracy and supply chain according to the demand. - Responsible for promotional budget and execution. - Communication with the global and regional team to align the recommendations to the local market. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**: **Education and experience**: - Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical or related areas. - Master´s degree is desirable. - At least 3 years of experience in marketing-related positions in the pharmaceutical sector dealing with high-cost therapies. - Desired experience in Hematology. - Understanding of Colombian health care system. - Budgeting and Finance knowledge. - Fluent English (writing and speaking). - Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry. - Desirable knowledge of technical and clinical aspects of disease state and competitors’ products. - High-cost treatments and institutional channel in the area. - Marketing and digital strategies. - Managing and developing cross-functional teams. - Strategic and creative leader with strong analytical skills and capacity to identify opportunities and solutions for business, excellent teamwork, and relationship with international leaders. - Proactively participating in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System. **Skills & Competences**: - Display creativity in both, thought process and solution design, demonstrating the ability to develop and champion new ideas or processes within the organization. - Innovate to inspire people, delivering more effective messages. - Excellent communication/coordination/interpersonal skills. - Logical and strategic thinking, focused on delivering results. - Demonstrated relationship building and cross-functional teamwork skills. - Proven leadership ability, with direct or undirect reports. - Strong problem-resolution skills and dealing with paradox and complex environments. - Committed to foster a diversity, equity, and inclusive environment **Location: Bogotá, Colombia** **Gerente de Producto Hematología** - Versión Español_ **Propósito del rol** Liderar el desarrollo estratégico de las actividades promocionales de Hematología dentro del segmento de clientes, con el objetivo principal de garantizar que todos los colaboradores que se enfrentan al cliente ejecuten las mejores estrategias para beneficiar al paciente e impulsar el crecimiento. Esta posición reporta al Director de la Unidad de Enfermedades Raras y está basada en Bogotá, Colombia. **Responsabilidades**: - Responsable de asegurar la rentabilidad y sustentabilidad del portafolio del que esté cargo a través de la implementación exitosa del pipeline. - Cumplimiento de las previsiones de ventas y estrategias del portafolio. - Definición de oportunidades y estrategias comerciales a largo plazo para el portafolio asignado con el fin de fortalecer la posición competitiva de las unidades de Takeda - Diseño e implementación de campañas de marketing para marcas - Análisis de la situación del mercado y ejecución de la estrategia de precios para la introducción de nuevas marcas. - Ejecución del plan de capacitación para el equipo comercial, de acceso y de ventas - Desarrollo de la estrategia centrada en las partes interesadas: Pagadores, proveedores de salud, enfermeras, farmacéuticos - Diseño de materiales promocionales para equipos multidisciplinarios - Garantizar la precisión de las previsiones y la cadena de suministro de acuerdo con la demanda - Responsable del presupuesto promocional y su ejecución - Comunicación con el equipo global y regional para alinear las recomendaciones al mercado local. **Educación y experiência**: - Título universitario en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas, Medicina o carr
