What You Can Expect Responsible for financial review and analytical support to Ingepsy in core planning, forecasting, projections, and budgeting for the Global IT organization. Provides timely financial information to drive insight while supporting business partners and internal stakeholders. This position requires onsite work 1-2 days/week in our Bogota office, and English fluency is required. How You'll Create Impact - Develops and maintains planning & reporting templates, standards, processes. - Owns the validation of reporting data and systematic reporting output. - Supports finance team with monthly close activity, variance analysis, projection development, and annual operating plan support. - Generates ad-hoc reporting and data requests from business. - Validates planning data and model outputs. - Performs plan consolidations and restatements. - Runs planning scenario models as needed. - Supports portfolio or business partnering with ad-hoc needs. What Makes You Stand Out - Advanced understanding of planning processes (AOP and Projections) and global planning standards, methodologies. - Advanced understanding of standard reporting processes and global reporting standards. - Advanced understanding of financial data systems (i.e., data source systems), data standards. - Understanding and ability to anticipate reporting needs of business supported. - Accountability for results (e.g., COE role must meet Service Level Agreements). - Critical thinking and strong analytical skills. - Ownership of work. - Open-minded and coachable. - Builds Rapport. - Challenges leadership when appropriate. Education and Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field required. - Familiar with core FP&A; functions and reporting cycles. - 3+ years of experience in an analyst or accounting role preferred. - Proficient with data systems, including Oracle EPM (Hyperion) preferred.
