As a Senior Analyst, you will be a key player in optimizing our headcount requisition processes, performing robust financial analysis, and supporting our P2P (Procure-to-Pay) activities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of headcount requisitions, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for resource planning and decision-making. Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by coordinating new purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Provide financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions and annual planning. Administer and optimize resourcing and time allocation platforms to ensure accurate tracking and data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, FP&A, and Technology, to ensure seamless operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis within a large, global corporation. Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
