**Job Description**: **Role Description**: One of the core functions of the Global Sourcing Management Group (GSMG) is to conduct effective sourcing work by executing our end-to-end sourcing process. This includes working with the business stakeholder to understand the needed goods or services, identifying the viable suppliers, conducting the evaluation process via RFX steps, selecting the final suppliers, and then completing the negotiation and formal contracting work. The Global Sourcing and Contracting (GSC) team sits within the Business Operations organization of GSMG and is responsible for executing the GSMG S&C; work. The Sourcing and Contracting Lead is responsible for leading the GSC team to drive operational excellence in the efficient execution of the sourcing and contracting process to support the achievement of our sourcing strategies. They will be supported by four regional hub teams and will work closely with the category teams and provide direct support, adhere to rigorous SLA monitoring, and drive continuous improvement opportunities. The **Sourcing and Contract Hub** **Lead** manages a team of both sourcing and contract professions. This team will be responsible for driving excellence in the sourcing and contracting activities. He/she is responsible to drive performance management and continuous improvement across sourcing and contracting teams while collaborating with the Global Sourcing and Contract Lead. The GSC Hub Lead will collaborate with the other key areas of the Business Operations team - Process/Policy, Systems Excellence, Data & Analytics, Operational Excellence, and Value Realization. **Responsibilities**: - Lead the team through effective workload prioritization - Set and maintain process standards, objectives, and protocols - Establish, monitor, and report enterprise level sourcing and contracting operation and performance metrics and SLA tracking and improvement - Manage escalations efficiently and provide quick resolutions to the category and stakeholders - Define sourcing and contracting process controls and mechanisms to monitor and ensure compliance, including audit compliance - Collaborate with category leads and stakeholders to understand and address business demand - Establishes a regular and effective cycle of continuous improvement between the teams of Process/Policy, Systems, and GSC. - Create a culture of operational efficiency to streamline contract and sourcing lifecycle management - Develop and track KPI’s and metrics, and leverage the use of the data & analytics team to bring data insight into prioritization - Represents sourcing and contracting capabilities in governance forums: - confirms sourcing and contracting strategy is aligned with broader enterprise priorities - obtain relevant senior management support for process/strategy changes as required - ensure approach alignment with other global process owners and share best practices - Required - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Related Fields - Preferred - Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Related Fields **Experience**: - Minimum of seven (7) years in procurement or related supply chain role - Proven experience in Supplier relationship management - Experience with transaction structures (e.g., MSA/SOW/CO) - Demonstrated leadership of teams - both direct reports and cross business functions - Strong project management and operations management skills - Strong negotiating and contracting skills essential - Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key internal business stakeholders - Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to function in a team environment are essential Location: Bogotá- Colombia **Search Firm Representatives Please Read Carefully** **Employee Status**: Regular **Relocation**: Domestic/International **VISA Sponsorship**: **Travel Requirements**: **Flexible Work Arrangements**: **Shift**: **Valid Driving License**: **Hazardous Material(s)**: **Number of Openings**: 1 **Requisition ID**:R204294
